We undertake pre-shipment inspection of packaging material on behalf of our client. The inspection and testing is carried out on the specification agreed between the buyer and seller. Buyer intimates us the names of the supplier and the specification of the product alongwith the quantity and delivery schedule. On this we follow-up with the supplier for in-process quality checking and adhere to delivery schedule. When the product is ready for dispatch the supplier intimate for arranging inspection. We draw sample on the basis of lot size offered for inspection.

Our clients are mostly bulk consumers of HDPE/PP/Jute/Cotton Bags and Fabric, Paper and Cardboard Boxes/Bags, extruded films of LDPE/LLDP and pouches made out of same products. 1000 of tons of synthetic packaging materials are being exported out of India to Europe, Africa, Russia and Middle East with our quality certificates. It is needless to mention that our clients are all happy with the type of service we are rendering and are showing confidence on us. For domestic market, we are inspecting about 6500 tons of synthetics bags at more than 100 Woven sacks manufacturing unit situated all over India on behalf of our clients. Our clients are the main consumers of above products and are the cream of Indian Industries.

Sampling

Sampling is being done at random on statistical sampling method. After sampling, we check the samples for all the parameters thoroughly and assess the quality. If all the criteria conform to the requirement then we accept the lot and allow the supplier to dispatch the consignment to buyer. We put our stencil on all the bales of the accepted lot and issue release order. We issue test certificate within 72 hours of completion of inspection formalities.
